Writer's Studio Write-in

Join me for a day of writing, community, and inspiration at The Graham School Writer's Studio's FREE Write-In. We know that too much solitude can be a downfall for writers, so we will create a space for both creative work and community. Most of the time will be devoted to working individually, but we are building in a few moments to foster discussion and inspiration, too. The day starts at 10 AM with the Meet and Greet over coffee and tea. Next, you’ll devote two hours or more to working individually. Around 12:30 PM, you’ll break for an hour-long Lunch and Read with me! At that point, everyone will have a chance to share half a page of your work (if you’d like) and the group can discuss process, creative problem solving, and anything else that serves the writers in the room. From roughly 1:30-4 PM, you’ll get back to writing. Come for the whole day or whatever portion works for you. Use this time to devote yourself to your creative pursuits alongside other writers. This event is a collaboration with the Writer’s Studio Student Board, and we promise to have a few surprises along the way. Lunch will be provided. We hope to see you there! Space is limited.
